MEDITERRANEAN LAMB

Mouth watering lamb is the perfect Easter feast food. It marries beautifully with Mediterranean flavours to create an elegant dish packed with flavour.

I love slow cooked lamb! It is my go-to meat for slow cooking over the Autumnal months. This dish doesn't contain any onions or garlic believe it or not. This makes it easy to digest and melt in your mouth and perfect for people suffering of IBS who are following a FODMAP diet. We have added some warming spices such as cumin, coriander and cardamon to give it some depth. Of course, red wine and fresh herbs as well as vine ripened tomatoes make this dish a perfect mid-season treat. Pair it with C Si Bon Potato Gratin, or Cauliflower Gratin and steamed broccoli.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost for up to 2 hours. Place in oven and heat at 180 degrees celsius for approximately 30 minutes until smelling fragrant. Or from frozen, place in oven at 200 degrees celsius for 30-40 minutes. Or, microwave or 4-5 minutes on high in microwave safe dish.

Storage Instructions : Store in your freezer until ready to re-heat. Do not re-heat twice.
