I love slow cooked lamb! It is my go-to meat for slow cooking over the Autumnal months. This dish doesn't contain any onions or garlic believe it or not. This makes it easy to digest and melt in your mouth and perfect for people suffering of IBS who are following a FODMAP diet. We have added some warming spices such as cumin, coriander and cardamon to give it some depth. Of course, red wine and fresh herbs as well as vine ripened tomatoes make this dish a perfect mid-season treat. Pair it with C Si Bon Potato Gratin, or Cauliflower Gratin and steamed broccoli.
