CASSOULET - LIMITED EDITION

Cassoulet is as French as croissant! If you want to experience this dish, then kick off your heels, crack open your best bottle of red, light a warm fire, put on some cool tunes and crank the oven because you are in for a heady Winter feast! This is a limited release and only available for the months of July and August so be quick!

I'm obsessed with cassoulet because I'm obsessed with duck. It would have to be one of my favourite proteins and whenever I eat it I'm taken away to travels through France with friends and family. I love it's earthiness and depth of flavour compared to chicken. Combined with a cassoulet of white beans, onions, garlic, carrots, prosciutto and sausage as well as bay leaves, parsley and thyme. Now you're talking! This is a very large and decadent dish for two or you could flake the duck marylands out to make it a great meal for 4. Serve with green beans and some fresh baguette to mop up the juices.

Cooking Instructions

Re-heat from frozen at 180-200 degrees celcius for 30 mins with alfoil over the container. After 30 minutes, remove alfoil and heat for a further 20-30 minutes until golden and bubbling!

Duck, Sausage, Prosciutto, White Beans, Carrots, Onions, Celery, Thyme, Parsley, Bay leaves, Chicken Stock, Salt

Servings per pack : 900 gas serves 2 or flak out duck to create a meal for 4.

Storage Instructions : Store in your freezer until ready to re-heat. Do not re-heat twice.
