Totally decadent! This frozen dessert has everything for lovers of chocolate. A beautiful layer of chocolate hazelnut biscuit topped with a chocolate fudge middle and finished off with sweet strawberry coulis.

I love chocolate. It’s so versatile, a real crowd pleaser and tastes deluxe. When coming up for the idea of this frozen dessert I really wanted to add a little crunch and decadence. Hazelnuts work so well with chocolate and strawberries. 3 distinct layers blend into one delightful mouthful. The beauty of being frozen is that you can have it over several days or weeks. You can also add fresh strawberries and a dollop of cream to take it to another level when guests come over.

Preparation

Preparation – remove from freezer and defrost for 5 minutes. Single serve : slice and replace remaining dessert back into freezer. Serving 4 – remove from foil and slice into pieces.

Defrost for 5 minutes, cut into slices and serve.
