MINI MEAT PIES

I'm a sucker for a good meat pie! I recently made my version of a mini meat pie for my daughter's 10th birthday party. They were so popular, some girls eating 4 each. I think the secret is the bolognese sauce with a dash of béchamel and cheese. 

I've used puff pastry for this recipe and filled them to the brim with my bolognese sauce, béchamel and a tiny bit of cheese. All you need to do is re-heat in the oven. These are perfect for cocktail parties, footy finals, school lunch boxes, afternoon tea, light lunch or dinner with a salad on the side, picnics, movie nights.... the list goes on! Light, fluffy, crunchy, moreish and delicious! I dipped into my C Si Bon Passata for a healthy sauce alternative but you can simply use tomato sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Re-heat from frozen at 180 degrees celcius for 4-8 minutes depending on strength of oven.
