MINI QUICHE

I'm a massive lover of quiche. It reminds me so much of my mum. She used to make them and sell them at Fremantle markets when I was a child. The smell immediately takes me back to my younger years with the waft of onions and herbs cooking. The unforgettable crunch of the pastry and the mouthwatering egg and cheese topping.

The fantastic thing is that I've found the most incredibly delicious gluten free tart cases. Now we can offer you all a little slice of deliciousness with our own quiche. These come in packs of 2  and to kick off we have field mushroom with porcini mushroom, spinach, fresh thyme and gruyere. Quiche is so versatile and easy to take anywhere - picnics, lunch boxes. It's a great brunch, or light meal - lunch or dinner. Pair with a gorgeous little endive salad and vinaigrette and you are transported to the best Parisian cafe.

Cooking Instructions

Remove from packaging. Place in oven while frozen and re-heat at 165 degrees celsius for 8-15 minutes (depending on oven strength) until hot to touch.

Servings per pack : One 250 gm pack contains 2 quiche. One per person with side salad or 2 if you're very hungry!

Storage Instructions : Store in your freezer until ready to re-heat.
