VEGETARIAN SHEPHERD'S PIE

Packed full of delicious Winter vegetables this C Si Bon Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie is delectable and sells out every week. Here's why..

One of my favourite meals is Shepherd's Pie but I'm not always in the mood for meat. So I've been tinkering for a while and have come up with this hearty version. I love it and you won't believe that it doesn't contain meat. I start by sautéing onions, garlic, ginger, cumin in extra virgin olive oil, add rosemary, thyme, tomatoes, red wine, puy lentils, field mushrooms, red kidney beans and top with sweet potato, potato and cheddar cheese. Simply delicious!

Cooking Instructions

Re-heat from frozen at 180 degrees celcius for 30 mins (until piping hot). 900 gms will require a further 15-20 minutes.

Sweet Potato, Potato, cheddar cheese, puy lentils, mushrooms, onions, garlic, carrots, celery, cumin, vegetable stock, tomatoes, red wine, rosemary, thyme.

Servings per pack : 450 gms 2 serves, serving Size – 225 gms. 900 gms 4 serves, serving Size – 225 gms.

Storage Instructions : Store in your freezer until ready to re-heat
