Delivery Information - where and when we deliver to you.

WE OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT FROM OUT COTTESLOE STORE OR DELIVER THROUGHOUT THE PERTH AREA DOWN TO COOGEE AND AS FAR NORTH AS JOONDALUP.

Click & Collect

Just select the Pick-up option when you make your order and follow the instructions that show the options to select your pickup date and times.
All pickups are from Shop 8, 7 Station Street, Cottesloe WA 6011

Delivery Area

When you create your order there is an option to check if we can deliver to your postcode. Just put in your postcode for details

Minimum Order for delivery

Please note that we have a minimum order value of $75.00 for deliveries.

Deliver Charges

FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $150.00 

All meals are frozen and can be kept frozen for up to 6 months so why not stock up and get free delivery. (Please note you cannot re-freeze once product has been thawed). For orders under $150.00 we deliver Tuesdays only and charge $12.00 per delivery.

When we deliver to you (delivery days and time)

All orders will be delivered on Tuesdays between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Tuesday doesn't suit you? Please contact me and we could try and arrange something else for you. Alternatively, C Si Bon gourmet frozen meals are available in the frozen food section of your local grocery store. Please visit our Stockists page for a full list of retailers that support local producers such as C Si Bon.

What if I'm not home to accept my delivery?

It would be best if you were home to receive your box of beautiful C Si Bon meals but if you can’t then don’t stress. All meals will be delivered in an insulated foam esky. We will leave it in a place specified by you upon checkout. We take all precautions to ensure that you are home at time of delivery however on the occasion that you cannot be home we will leave your order by your front door (or specified location). Please note we cannot take responsibility for orders left unattended.

What happens to the foam eskies?

We can pick up the foam eskies the next time we deliver. We believe these should be recycled and used more than once. It’s better for the environment and cheaper for you.

Have your own esky?

If you know you are going to be out during delivery times, please leave your own esky out with some freezer bricks inside and we can transfer your order for you.

New Boutiques

Our new boutique is now open. Shop 8, 7 Station Street, Cottesloe, WA 6011. Opening hours are Monday - Friday 10-4 pm, Saturday 9-1pm.

When will you expand to other suburbs?
