FAMILY QUICHE

These quiche represent the start of my food journey. When I was a little girl my mother made and sold quiches at Fremantle markets. This is so ingrained in my psyche that whenever I smell them baking I am immediately 4 years old again watching through the glass oven door  as pastry, bacon, cheese and cream melt into an exquisite french icon.

"Real men don't eat Quiche", what the? Oh yes they do and they love it! This family sized quiche can easily feed 8-10 with a gorgeous salad on the side. We have them in various flavours and it's a classic simple lunch or Sunday dinner with a glass of rosè.

Cooking Instructions

Remove from packaging. Place in oven while frozen and re-heat at 170 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes (depending on oven strength) until hot to touch.

Ingredients

Vegetarian : Pastry, mushrooms, spinach, thyme, egg, cream, gruyere cheese, salt and pepper

Lorraine : Pastry, bacon, leek, thyme, cream, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper

Servings per pack : 8 - 10

Storage Instructions : Store in your freezer until ready to re-heat.
