As Australians we really embrace food from everywhere as we are a multicultural melting pot with Asia at our footstep. Mauritius and her food is a founding block in my food memories and experiences.

The Mauritian Dark Curry Spices can be used with darker meats such as beef, lamb, venison or duck. I've given you a sample curry recipe on the pack to enhance the cooking experience. Or you can swap out your normal spices and try these instead to add instant flavour to family favourites.
The Mauritian Curry Spices can be used with chicken, seafood, duck or vegetables. It's a touch spicier due to there being a little more chilli. It's a gorgeous bright yellow colour and will liven up any dinner.
