I'm really happy at the response by you all with regards to our curries. The C Si Bon Mauritian Chicken and Beef Curries walk out the door everyday. As Australians we really embrace food from everywhere as we are a multicultural melting pot with Asia at our footstep. Mauritius and her food is a founding block in my food memories and experiences.
Now you can make these curries in the comfort of your own home with our unique blend of Mauritian Spices. We have them in 2 flavour profiles.
The Mauritian Dark Curry Spices can be used with darker meats such as beef, lamb, venison or duck. I've given you a sample curry recipe on the pack to enhance the cooking experience. Or you can swap out your normal spices and try these instead to add instant flavour to family favourites.
