This one is really delicate in flavour and uses broccoli, zucchini, spinach and leek combined together with a fresh pesto of basil and parsley. I wanted this to be healthy as well as delicious. The béchamel is steeped with bay leaves to add depth of flavour and I use plenty of cheese throughout to make it really melt in your mouth.
