Who doesn't love a warm plum, apple and cardamon crumble on a cold Winter's evening? Slathered with clotted cream and ice cream for extra decadence. Look no further.

I managed to get my mits on some of the last plums of the season and we've turned them into the most delectable dessert. Stewed with apples and cardamon this crumble gets taken to the next level as we have added a hint of thyme, lemon zest and chunky almonds to the crumble. The citrus notes of cardamon sing in harmony with the lemon zest in the crumble with deeper notes of wintery goodness from the plums. Oh yeah!

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Remove from freezer and defrost for 15 minutes. Re-heat in oven at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbling and hot. serve with cream and ice-cream.
