Who doesn't love apple crumble on a cold Winter's evening? Slathered with clotted cream and ice cream for extra decadence. Look no further.

I managed to get my mitts on some crunchy seasonal granny smith apples and we've turned them into the most delectable dessert. Stewed apples are taken to the next level as we have added a touch of orange juice, hint of thyme, lemon zest and chunky almonds to the crumble. Oh yeah!

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Remove from freezer and defrost for 15 minutes. Re-heat in oven at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbling and hot. serve with cream and ice-cream.
